01

Who we are

The Davos Cabinet is operated by Nexus Multimedia, a California limited company. For privacy questions, write to [email protected]. We will respond personally within one business day.

02

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, and deliver an engagement if one is accepted.

  • Application data submitted via /apply: full name, email, organisation, role, objectives for the week, and any other information you choose to include.
  • Inquiry data submitted via /contact: name, email, and message.
  • Referral codes: a single ?ref= URL parameter stored in browser sessionStorage to attribute the source of an inquiry. Cleared when the browser tab closes.
  • Analytics data from Google Analytics 4: anonymised IP, page views, session duration, referring source, device class, and broad geographic region.
  • Operational records during active engagements: meeting calendars, briefing notes, logistics coordination, and follow-up tracking.
03

How we use the information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to applications and inquiries.
  • Evaluate fit for engagement.
  • Deliver the engagement itself if accepted.
  • Improve the service through aggregate analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

04

Who has access

  • The Davos Cabinet team.
  • Vetted partner vendors when necessary to deliver an engagement (hotels, transport providers, briefing contributors), each under confidentiality.
  • Service providers we use to run the technology stack (Cloudflare, Google, GitHub) under their respective contracts and security commitments.
05

Data retention

  • Application and inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate fit and respond.
  • Engagement records are retained for seven years for tax and legal compliance.
  • Analytics data follows the Google Analytics 4 default retention of 14 months.
  • You may request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
06

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to [email protected] to exercise these rights. We respond personally within one business day.

07

Cookies and tracking

The site uses first-party Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure traffic and aggregate behaviour. It uses browser sessionStorage to attribute referral codes. No third-party advertising cookies are set. No remarketing pixels are loaded. The site does not respond to Do Not Track headers because there is no standard implementation; the use we make of the data we collect is limited as described above regardless.

08

International transfers

Data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your data is transferred internationally; we rely on standard contractual safeguards where applicable.

09

Children

The service is not directed at individuals under 18.
