Terms.

This is a draft policy. Final language should be reviewed by counsel before relying on it for legal compliance.

Effective date: 27 May 2026

01

About these terms

These terms govern use of thedavoscabinet.com and any preliminary inquiries submitted through the site. Active engagements are governed by separate signed agreements that supersede these terms for the scope of the engagement.

02

Affiliation and independent operation

The Davos Cabinet is an independently organized hospitality and access program conducted alongside the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. The services described here are facilitated through private partner networks and affiliated hosting organizations. Participation does not constitute official affiliation with, endorsement by, or representation of the World Economic Forum. All access, scheduling, and participation opportunities remain subject to venue capacity, security protocols, partner confirmation, and operational considerations during Davos week.

03

Use of the website

You agree not to scrape the site through automated means, resell its content, impersonate the Cabinet or any other person, or use the site for any malicious purpose. The site is provided for the purpose of evaluating fit and beginning a conversation with the Cabinet.

04

Applications and acceptance

Submitting an application is not a guarantee of engagement. The Davos Cabinet reviews each application and reserves the right to decline any inquiry without explanation. Acceptance is communicated in writing and is itself preliminary to the engagement agreement.

05

Engagement terms

Every accepted engagement is governed by a separate written agreement specifying scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, cancellation terms, and the responsibilities of each party. These terms of service do not constitute an engagement agreement. Nothing on this site creates an obligation to deliver any service without a signed engagement agreement.

06

Confidentiality

All communications about prospective and active engagements are confidential. The Cabinet treats inquiry and engagement information as confidential and expects the same of inquirers and clients. Specific confidentiality terms within an active engagement are defined in the engagement agreement.

07

Intellectual property

Content on thedavoscabinet.com, including editorial articles, brand assets, and design elements, is the property of Nexus Multimedia and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Editorial articles may be referenced with attribution and a link to the source. Reproduction of full articles or commercial reuse of brand assets requires written permission.

08

Fees and payments

Engagement fees, payment milestones, late payment terms, and refund conditions are defined in the engagement agreement. No information on this site constitutes an offer to provide services at a specific price.

09

Cancellation and force majeure

Engagements may be affected by force majeure events including weather, travel disruptions, public health events, political events, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Cancellation terms and the allocation of risk between the parties in such events are governed by the engagement agreement.

10

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of or related to an engagement is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. The Cabinet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

11

No warranty

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Cabinet makes no warranty regarding outcomes, attendance, introductions, or any specific deliverable outside the scope of a signed engagement agreement. Editorial content reflects the Cabinet's reading of Davos and the Annual Meeting; it is not a guarantee of attendance composition or programme content for any specific year.

12

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in San Diego County, California, or by binding arbitration where required. Each party bears its own legal costs unless an engagement agreement provides otherwise.

13

Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Prior versions are not maintained on the public site.
