From arrival to departure, every hour considered.
A week with The Davos Cabinet, day by day.
Every engagement begins long before you board the flight. We map your objectives against the calendar of the week, place every meeting with intention, and assemble the team that will run the operation on the ground. What follows is a week as it typically unfolds with The Davos Cabinet. Each tier delivers this experience at a different depth, but the architecture is the same.
Arrival.
Your itinerary is finalised before you land. We confirm the week's calendar against the latest accreditation status, brief any final shifts in the side programme, and ensure your Secure Hotel Badge is ready for collection on arrival. Accommodation and ground transport, including Zurich pickup and in-Davos cars, are available as additional services and quoted separately by request.
We meet you for a quiet dinner that evening. We walk through the week in detail. Who you will meet, where, why, and what you should know before you walk into each room. By the time you finish dessert, the week is set.
The opening.
The first day of the Annual Meeting sets the tone for the week. We position you in the rooms where the opening conversations matter most. Private breakfasts with the people you most need to see early. The first executive lounges to open. The dinners that frame the week's most consequential debates.
We brief you each morning before you step out and debrief each evening before you sleep. The pace is high but the calendar is yours, not ours.
Convergence.
By Tuesday, the full ecosystem is active. The side programme, the official sessions, the corporate Houses, and the quieter dinners that do not appear on any agenda.
Your itinerary includes targeted attendance at the side programme, curated introductions across the morning and afternoon, and the dinners where the genuine conversations of the week happen. We attend with you when appropriate and step back when it is not.
Substance.
The week's most consequential closed-door sessions tend to fall mid-week. The off-record dinners. The bilateral meetings. The conversations that produce decisions rather than statements.
We architect your day so you are in the right rooms with the right preparation at the right time. If a new opportunity opens at noon, we re-plan your evening by two. The calendar is alive.
Culmination.
The closing days carry the conversations that turn the week into a year. Final private dinners. The introductions that have been built across four days. The late-night nightcaps that often matter more than the daytime panels.
Our team is on the ground until the last car leaves the last venue. Notes are taken throughout the week so nothing is lost between Davos and the flight home.
Departure.
The week closes on your own travel arrangements. Onward transport, including a return to Zurich, can be arranged as an additional service if useful. The work continues either way.
In the weeks that follow, you receive a complete briefing document. Every introduction documented. Every follow-up tracked. Recommendations for the year ahead and a working calendar for the next twelve months of contact. The week becomes the year.
This is the baseline of every tier.
The tiers themselves determine the depth.
