From arrival to departure, every hour considered.
A week with The Davos Cabinet, day by day.
Every engagement begins long before you board the flight. We map your objectives against our programme for the week, place every event and introduction with intention, and assemble the team that will run the operation on the ground. What follows is a week as it typically unfolds with The Davos Cabinet. Each tier delivers this experience at a different depth, but the architecture is the same.
The events, receptions, lunches, and dinners described here form an independent programme that The Davos Cabinet organises and hosts during Davos week, alongside accommodation, transport, and concierge support. They are arranged independently and are not part of the official Annual Meeting programme, and they do not include access to the official Annual Meeting, its sessions, or its delegates.
A proven week.
The independent programme our clients join ran a breakout year in 2026. Its programming spanned defense, artificial intelligence, investment, leadership, culture, and mental health, and it drew a roster that rarely shares a single week of stages.
Senior government leaders, including past prime ministers, have attended the programme's gatherings across its editions, alongside chief executives of some of the world's largest companies and decision-makers from leading technology, artificial intelligence, and venture capital firms.
Those stages hosted a former chair of the NATO Military Committee and a former UK Chief of the Defence Staff. Senior executives from a leading defense-software company and from a commercial space-station company spoke across the same programme. The founder of one of artificial intelligence's defining education platforms appeared alongside a leading university AI institute. The chief executive of a major robotics company, who serves on the board of the world's largest asset manager, took the stage, as did a senior figure from a global sovereign investor, and senior government leaders delivered addresses across the week.
None of that is the official Annual Meeting. It is the independent programme we place clients into during Davos week, and it runs on its own calendar alongside the briefings, introductions, and dinners The Davos Cabinet arranges directly.
2027 at the Grand Belvedere.
For Davos week 2027, the programme expands to a full-week footprint at the Grand Belvedere Hotel. Salon Atlantis, one of the largest event spaces in Davos, is secured for the entire week. The Grand Belvedere operates as an access-controlled secure hotel across the week, which is precisely where the Secure Hotel Badge we facilitate does its work.
Davos week 2027 runs Monday 18 to Friday 22 January, and our guide to the Davos 2027 dates and how the week works sets out how those five days are structured.
Programming runs across the full week.
- Monday
The week opens
Opening sessions and receptions as the full-week calendar comes to life.
- Tuesday
Defense and AI
The opening themed day. It closes with a private dinner and an invitation-only nightcap.
- Wednesday
Leadership and Capital
The day convenes family offices, venture capital funds, institutional investors, and global asset managers, an audience the programme expects to represent more than USD 500 billion in assets. It closes with an invitation-only nightcap.
- Thursday
Longevity and Human Performance
The closing themed day.
- Friday
The week closes
Closing sessions and quiet farewells as the week winds down.
These are some of the events and rooms we place clients into during the week, among others across our own programme and the wider independent calendar.
The audience is the point. Senior government leaders and chief executives of some of the world's largest companies have anchored the programme's rooms, and the 2027 week is being built to the same calibre.
Admission across the week runs on a single programme credential, arranged before you arrive.
This is the independent programme we place clients into. It is not part of the official Annual Meeting, and the day-by-day week below is how The Davos Cabinet builds around it.

Arrival.
Your itinerary is finalised before you land. We confirm the week's calendar against the latest accreditation status, brief any final shifts in the side programme, and ensure your Secure Hotel Badge is ready for collection on arrival. Accommodation and ground transport, including Zurich pickup and in-Davos cars, are available as additional services and quoted separately by request.
We meet you for a quiet dinner that evening. We walk through the week in detail. Who you will meet, where, why, and what you should know before you walk into each room. By the time you finish dessert, the week is set.

The opening.
The first day sets the tone for the week. Our programme opens with private breakfasts we host for the people you most want to see early, followed by receptions and dinners across our independent calendar. Everything on the first day is arranged and hosted by us during Davos week.
We brief you each morning before you step out and debrief each evening before you sleep. The pace is high but the calendar is yours, not ours.

Defense and AI.
Tuesday is the defense and artificial intelligence day at the Grand Belvedere. Salon Atlantis runs its programme from the morning through the evening, and we place you in the sessions that match your objectives, then in the private dinner and the invitation-only nightcap that close the day.
Around that spine sits your own calendar: the curated introductions we make within our network across the morning and afternoon, and the quieter conversations we arrange between sessions. We attend with you when appropriate and step back when it is not.

Leadership and capital.
Wednesday turns to leadership and capital. The Salon Atlantis programme convenes family offices, venture capital funds, institutional investors, and global asset managers, an audience the programme expects to represent more than USD 500 billion in assets, and it is the day most of our clients build their week around.
Our most substantive gatherings tend to fall here too. The private, off-record dinners we host. The introductions within our network. The conversations we design to produce decisions rather than statements, with an invitation-only nightcap closing the day. If a new opportunity opens at noon, we re-plan your evening by two. The calendar is alive.

Longevity and human performance.
Thursday turns to longevity and human performance, and it carries the conversations that turn the week into a year. Final private dinners within our programme. The introductions we have built across four days. The late-night nightcaps that often matter more than the daytime schedule.
Our team is on the ground until the last car leaves the last venue. Notes are taken throughout the week so nothing is lost between Davos and the flight home.

Departure.
The week closes on your own travel arrangements. Onward transport, including a return to Zurich, can be arranged as an additional service if useful. The work continues either way.
In the weeks that follow, you receive a complete briefing document. Every introduction documented. Every follow-up tracked. Recommendations for the year ahead and a working calendar for the next twelve months of contact. The week becomes the year.

This is the baseline of every tier.
The tiers themselves determine the depth.
